John Boye Leaves Sivasspor

Ghanaian footballer, John Boye will not be playing for Turkish side Sivasspor next season as his contract has expired.

Boye spent three years with Sivasspor  after joining them from fellow Turkish side K. Erciyesspor in 2015.

Chairman of Sivasspor, Mecnun Otyakmaz confirmed Boye’s departure today.

“The contracts of Brazilian Auremir Dos Santos, Ghanaian John Boye, Ukrainian Serhiy Rybalka, Senegalese Henri Saivet and Congo Thievy Bifouma have come to an end. If there are players in there who have desire to continue, we can meet again and get back into the team,” he said.

The Black Stars defender had a bad season last season, only making a total of 9 appearances the whole season.
