Singer Kuami Eugene has apologized to Patapaa for saying that his songs are too noisy.
The ‘Angela’ crooner in an interview with Regina Van-Helvert, said that he will never collaborate with the ‘One Corner’ hit maker because he doesn’t like his songs as they are too noisy.
The condescending comment led to him receiving severe flaks from the public especially those on social media.
But taking to his Twitter account, Kuami Eugene said he was sorry and that his comments were in jest and he didn’t mean to denigrate his colleague.
He said: “I beg, first me and Patapaa are really close. Everyday he laughs at me that I do too many wedding songs and I also say he does too many noisy songs. So it is something we play plus. So I beg you guys should forgive me if you are offended with what I said. And I will always support Patapaa. He is my brother.”
