Sarkodie Apologizes To Shatta Wale For Snubbing Him — Promises To Change

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has held out an olive branch to his frenemy Shatta Wale over the recent beef between them.

The BET Award winner, in a tweet today, apologized to the self-acclaimed dancehall for disrespecting him when he refused to shoot a music video for their collabo “Megye wo Girl”.

In a recent interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, Shatta Wale blasted the hell out of Sark for overlooking his request to shoot a music video for his banger “Megye Wo Girl” which he featured Sarkodie but went ahead to shoot a music video with a Nigerian.

However, on Twitter today, Sarkodie explained that it was never his intention to disrespect people around him but the problem is he has a lot of responsibility which makes him shut down sometimes. He nevertheless apologized to Shatta Wale for any treatment meted out to him by his action or inaction that he is displeased with.

“Sometimes I feel there’s a lot of responsibilities on me and it gets overwhelming so 2 deflect em, I shut down sometimes… Sorry if I trigger some emotions in people around me I will try to to better … just know I got ❤️ for all 🙏🏾,” he apologized.
