3 Ghanaians killed by coronavirus in Europe – Foreign Minister reveals

Three Ghanaians have been confirmed dead as a result of the coronavirus outbreak in Europe.

Ghana’s Foreign Minister Shirley Ayorkor Botchway disclosed the news on Wednesday to journalists outside parliament.

According to her, two of them died in Italy while the other died in Denmark

She however, says the unfortunate situation will not force the country to evacuate Ghanaians in hard-hit coronavirus countries in Europe and Asia.

Ayorkor Botchway also advised Ghanaians abroad to take good care of themselves.

Ghana so far has seven confirmed covid-19 cases — all imported to the country from Turkey, UK, Norway and the US.
