Former president John Mahama has said his main reason for staging a comeback is to create jobs for the youth.
He disclosed this on his official Facebook post as part of his message to the youth on International Youth Day.
“Your burning entrepreneurial spirit and initiative remain undying even in these difficult times. We shall harness the enormous innovative & creative talents and also magnify youth participation in the governance and decision-making of our country,” he said.
“The major plank of my second coming as President is to deliver jobs to our youth. If we do not do this urgently, we have a time bomb ticking away.”
John Mahama added that his running mate Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang will be engaging the youth later today.
