GFA President to receive GHS 12,000 as monthly allowance

Mr. Kurt Okraku, the President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), will be receiving an amount of GHS 12,000 as a monthly allowance.

The allowance was approved at 26th GFA Ordinary Congress following a proposal by the emoluments committee of the Ghana Football Association headed by Hearts of Oak CEO, Frederick Moore.

The new arrangement will also see the GFA President receive GHS 1,600 as sitting allowance for EXCO meetings, $500 per day on every international travel assignment and GH₵600 per day for domestic travels assignments.

Mark Addo, the Vice President of GFA, will receive 7,000 cedis as a monthly allowance, while members of the GFA Executive Council are to receive GH₵4,000 as their monthly allowances.
