I swore never to be a pastor – Korankye-Ankrah’s son

Pastor Paapa Korankye-Ankrah, son of Apostle General Sam Korankye-Ankrah has revealed he never wanted to follow his father’s footsteps to become a man of God.

According to Paapa, he actually swore never to become a pastor as he didn’t want to go through what the pain and stress his dad went through.

Speaking as a panelist on Joy FM’s Home Affairs show, on Saturday, he said growing up, he wanted to be a businessman and become rich.

“I wanted to make money. I knew I would end up in business somehow because I liked the sound of business when I was growing up…so I knew I would be a career man,” he told Edem Knight-Tay, host of the show.

However, God had different plans for him as he had an encounter with him at a camp meeting in Canada “where I completely met God for the first time.”
